Moving forward, we are strengthening our core competencies and expanding our responsibilities to serve as the single point of contact for housing solutions in the City of Griffin and Spalding County Community with the objective of providing full services under our three program pillars:

  • Spearhead in-house development initiatives through LIHTC, RAD, Public/Private Partnerships

  • Proven program compliance for multiple housing programs (Section 9, Section 8, LIHTC, and HOME Programs)
