Moving forward, we are strengthening our core competencies and expanding our responsibilities to serve as the single point of contact for housing solutions in the City of Griffin and Spalding County Community with the objective of providing full services under our three program pillars:
Lead and coordinate the development of multi-family/mixed income and single-family construction
Participate in community development opportunities through collaboration with Griffin/Spalding County
Spearhead in-house development initiatives through LIHTC, RAD, Public/Private Partnerships
Issuance of bonds (4%, 9%)
Proactive blight elimination
Providing high quality, on-site property management services
Asset management services focusing on continuous improvement, asset preservation and return on investment (ROI)
Proven program compliance for multiple housing programs (Section 9, Section 8, LIHTC, and HOME Programs)
Educational Prosperity Initiative
WEALTH: Homeownership education and opportunities
Tenant/landlord education and assistance
Assist with fair housing disputes/violations
Homeownership and rental housing referral program
Emergency housing assistance (when possible)
