Fairmont

Built in the historic Fairmont community of Griffin, this community originally opened in September of 1952. Fairmont continues to serve low income families, the elderly and the disabled. The Fairmont location currently comprises 80 units that range from one bedroom to four bedroom units. Fairmont is located on the north side of Griffin. Rent is based on 30% of a household's monthly-adjusted income.

As part of our multi-year redevelopment initiative, Fairmont will undergo internal and external upgrades to ensure residents continue to have a pleasant living experience. Tentative completion for the redevelopment Fairmont is scheduled for Winter 2019.
