Leadership & Staff

The Griffin Housing Authority’s Leadership Team is responsible for creating and executing the agency’s annual plan. Led by the Chief Executive Officer and three senior managers, the team meets regularly to organize priorities, set performance standards, review progress towards goals, establish new procedures and assign project and program responsibilities.

With over 110 years of collective experience, the leadership team is equipped with technical and cross functional skills needed to continue the legacy of leading one of the nation’s top housing organizations.

ROBERT DULL - CEO

Robert Dull joined the Griffin Housing Authority as the Chief Executive Officer in 2009. In his role, Dull is responsible for creating the over-arching strategies for the development, management and service pillars of the organization. A housing veteran with over 40 years of experience, Dull has been instrumental in reshaping the future of low income and work force housing throughout the Griffin/Spalding community. 

Under Dull’s leadership, GHA effectively raised over $65M in funding to develop and revitalize it’s housing communities and strengthen it’s programs and services for residents in the city of Griffin. With strong leadership and execution against the agency’s multi-year strategic plan, Dull and the Griffin Housing Authority have received several awards and distinctions, including:

  • NAHRO National Award of Excellence for comprehensive residence services programs (Educational Prosperity Initiative)

  • Charles Edison Award from Congress for most innovative public housing in the nation for Oaks at Park Pointe

KIMBERLY WALKER - Deputy Director/HUMAN RESOURCES

Kimberly Walker is a veteran of the Griffin Housing Redevelopment Authority, having joined the authority in 2006. In her position as Deputy Director, Kim is responsible for representing the Griffin Housing Authority’s short- and long-term interest with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in the establishment of clear goals, problem solving over each of the Authority’s properties, consistent with our Agency’s plan.  

In Kim’s role as the Human Resources Manager, she is responsible for developing and supporting practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance working culture.
