Homeownership
In addition to providing members of the community with a range of apartment and townhome options for residence, GHRA also helps eligible members find single-family homes.
In partnership with Georgia Department of Community Affairs, the City of Griffin and Homestead Ownership, Inc, we build our first single family home adjacent to the neighboring Oaks and Iris at Park Pointe communities.
As a newly formed redevelopment authority, we will continue to partner with community organizations to construct and rehab homes in the Griffin/Spalding community.
